Mission Statement​
PSAD is a community hub that offers sustainable resources, leadership development, and social activities to foster pride, community wealth, and leadership for the Deaf communities in the Salish Sea and surrounding regions.

PSAD envisions a world where the Deaf Community thrives with full accessibility, communication, and inclusion. In this world, multiculturalism and diversity are embraced, and cohesive communities enjoy peace, equity, and abundant opportunities. PSAD is a dynamic, forward-thinking organization that provides valuable resources, collaborates effectively with partners, and continuously innovates to meet the evolving needs of the community. PSAD is a recognized leader in promoting the wellness and success of the community.

We want to make sure everyone has access to the resources they need to be successful. At PSAD, we want everyone to feel good, not just physically, but emotionally and socially too. We want to create a place where everyone feels included and supported. We think it's important to value and learn from everyone's different experiences and backgrounds.
