PSAD is a community hub that offers sustainable resources, leadership development, and social activities to foster pride, community wealth, and leadership for the Deaf communities in the Salish Sea and surrounding regions.

PSAD is a dynamic, forward-thinking organization that provides valuable resources, collaborates effectively with partners, and continuously innovates to meet the evolving needs of the community. PSAD is a recognized leader in promoting the wellness and success of the community.

At PSAD, we want to help people learn new things and develop important skills. We believe everyone has something valuable to contribute, and we like to be creative when solving problems. We want to make sure everyone has access to the resources they need to be successful. We are dedicated to helping people achieve their goals and reach their full potential by finding new and innovative ways to address challenges in our community.

At PSAD, we want everyone to feel good, not just physically, but emotionally and socially too. We want to create a place where everyone feels included and supported. We respect and appreciate each person as an individual and believe that a welcoming environment is essential for everyone to feel like they belong. We believe in doing the right thing for our community, and that means being honest and accountable for what we do. We think it's important to value and learn from everyone's different experiences and backgrounds. We work hard to make sure everyone feels included and that their emotional, social, and physical well-being is a top priority.

At PSAD, we think it's important to celebrate the history and culture of our community. We want to create events and spaces that bring people together and make everyone feel welcome.
